At 14:30 on 19 Feb 2026, at the complaint center of the Central Investigation Bureau, world-class Muay Thai champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon temporarily set aside his gloves and took a stand to defend his honor outside the ring by filing a complaint against defamatory posts. He firmly stated he would "not accept a gift basket."
Tinakorn Srisawat, also known as Rodtang Jitmuangnon, arrived with his legal team carrying extensive evidence to meet investigators and proceed with legal action against online trolls who posted abusive and distorted information. Rodtang said he has always been able to distinguish between "criticism" and "insults."
"I am willing to listen to all critiques about my fighting style because that helps me improve, but recently it has crossed a line with insults directed at my parents and family, which I absolutely cannot accept."Rodtang said with a serious expression.
Regarding this complaint, Rodtang aims to set a new standard for social media use in Thailand, emphasizing that freedom of expression must be accompanied by responsibility. He reiterated that he will accept only a cash apology.
However, although he insists on monetary damages, Rodtang Jitmuangnon revealed that his main intention is not to become wealthy. All funds obtained from winning the case or settlements will be donated to charity and social causes, transforming negative energy from harmful comments into benefits for others.
Initially, investigators from Division 1 of the Crime Suppression Division accepted the complaint and questioned Rodtang before presenting the case to superiors for further legal consideration..
