Heartbreaking: 14-Year-Old Victim Lured by Senior, Abused by Five Men and Video Shared Publicly

A 14-year-old victim reported being lured by a 16-year-old senior to five male criminals who drugged her until she lost consciousness, then sexually abused her and recorded videos to shame her after she refused to provide sexual services.

On 29 Feb 2026 at Noen Kham Police Station, Noen Kham District, Chai Nat Province, Ton Aor Baan Nueng, president of the Baan Nueng Foundation, brought forward a 14-year-old female victim who was lured by a senior to be drugged and then sexually abused by five male friends aged approximately 13-16. They used an electronic pod and motorcycle shock absorbers during the assault and recorded videos to blackmail her after she refused to sell sexual services. The incident happened in Noen Kham District, Chai Nat Province.

Initially, Chai Nat Provincial Social Development officials took the victim for physical and psychological examinations. Meanwhile, the police issued summonses for the five young men seen in the video who assaulted the victim, as well as for Ms. A, who acted as the madam. All have fled. The police delivered the summonses to the guardians, requiring them to bring the youths to meet investigators. If they fail to appear, legal proceedings will follow to prosecute the offenders.

Upon questioning, the victim said that on 1 Jan 2026, everyone in the group, including herself, went to a temple fair. Ms. A and a woman named Nok Tor (pseudonym), aged 16, invited the victim, a 14-year-old girl named B (pseudonym), to a friend's house, claiming some male friends wanted to meet her.

After the fair ended, they went to the house of a 13-year-old boy named C (pseudonym) in Han Kha District, Chai Nat Province. Upon arrival, the boys invited everyone to play dice, with the loser drinking alcohol. They played until B became intoxicated and unconscious. She regained consciousness around 1-2 a.m. when Ms. A called and woke her to go home, and everyone then left separately.

Later, B learned that the group of five boys had sexually assaulted and molested her. The videos included the use of electronic pods and motorcycle shock absorbers during the assault. B found out after the day of the incident when the videos circulated widely in the district, and friends sent them to her, causing great shock and fear.

Regarding the cause, on 5-6 Dec 2025, Ms. A invited B to hang out at a senior's house. Upon arrival, Ms. A encouraged B to work, and B agreed, hoping to earn money, though she did not know the nature of the work. She was told it involved just sitting and eating with customers. However, when B realized it meant providing sexual services, she refused. Ms. A said, "How can you not do it? The clients are here." B tried to avoid by saying, "I really won’t do it because I’m afraid my boyfriend will find out." This may have angered Ms. A, who threatened B, saying, "If I find you anywhere, I will hit and hurt you."

However, after the incident, other victims began sending messages to Ton Aor Baan Nueng, sharing stories about being forced into sexual services connected to powerful figures, including police officers. Ton Aor collected evidence to submit to the police for legal action on human trafficking. It is known that the madam has done this multiple times, charging 1,500 baht per service, deducting 500-800 baht depending on the case.

Ton Aor Baan Nueng revealed she received the case 2-3 days ago. The video had been circulating for over a month, but no one knew which group the children belonged to. The victim's mother knew the perpetrators but was afraid to report due to threats against her daughter. The madam lured children to provide sexual services, with many under her control, forcing them to record videos as threats and to intimidate. Clients included government officials with ranks and positions. Today, she calls on the police handling the case to summon the offenders for questioning and to review their crimes.

"When I saw the video, I didn’t dare show it to anyone because it was so distressing. Where is the children's safety if they report but the offenders walk free openly while victims must hide? I want urgent help for the victims. I urge guardians and caretakers to prioritize children’s safety, creating a safe environment. If children return home without anyone listening or protecting them, whom will they turn to? Anyone facing similar problems who is afraid to confront it can contact Ton Aor Baan Nueng’s page. We will immediately provide assistance."
