At 09:00 on 26 Feb 2016 at Rattanathibet Police Station, Mr. Samrit Rimthuen, aka Suea Dusit, 40, Mr. Anon Jansorn, aka Boy, 37, and Mr. Maitree Saengrith, aka Man, 29, came to surrender to Police Major General Dechaphee Kongdee, Commander of Nonthaburi Provincial Police, Police Colonel Supachai Srisak, Chief of Nonthaburi Provincial Police Investigation Division, and Police Colonel Prut Jamroonsat, Chief of Rattanathibet Police Station. Police confirmed no bail was granted and sent all three immediately to Nonthaburi Provincial Court.

Police Major General Dechaphee Kongdee, Commander of Nonthaburi Provincial Police, said that today was the surrender procedure of the "Suea Dusit" gang, responsible for an assault causing serious injury on 18 Feb 2016. The three suspects, led by Suea Dusit and his associates, confessed to the offense. The victim remains in serious condition and is awaiting a medical report; he is considered critically ill.

Initially, police charged them with jointly causing serious bodily harm. Regarding reports of threats towards police, after hearing directly, "Suea Dusit" denied making such statements. The police want the public to trust that they are handling the case lawfully and transparently.

Suea Dusit said he surrendered from the start and did not flee. He accepted the situation and apologized to police, denying that he made any threats or comments about anyone in Nonthaburi. He raised his hands in apology if anyone was misunderstood, expressing remorse for the incident. He said he tried to have a mediator contact the victim, but the victim was unwilling to talk. He admitted his wrongdoing and accepted responsibility. He sincerely apologized and said he would accept execution if there was no grope of his girlfriend. He expressed deep regret, saying he cannot sleep or eat, and that his family broke apart. He vowed not to go out partying anymore. He said he has separated from his wife after nine years of marriage, as she had endured enough, and he will take responsibility for this case himself.


At 10:00, Police Colonel Prut Jamroonsat, Chief of Rattanathibet Police Station, led investigative officers to escort Samrit Rimthuen, aka "Suea Dusit," Anon Jansorn, aka "Boy," 37, and Maitree Saengrith, aka "Man," 29, suspects in the assault case against 53-year-old Thanaphon Wekawakayanon, to show the crime scene in front of the restroom inside a restaurant in the Sanambinnam area. This was the location where the fight and assault occurred, as captured by CCTV footage.

During the crime scene inspection, reporters tried to ask for details of the incident, but all three suspects refused to provide information or interviews. Samrit, aka "Suea Dusit," appeared serious and briefly said he had already given information and interviews. Police then took all suspects back to Rattanathibet Police Station for further questioning and legal procedures, including formal charges.
