
Authorities detained “Suea Dusit” and his associates for detention at the Nonthaburi Provincial Court. The suspect appeared distressed, saying no one believes what he says. It is still unknown whether bail will be granted.
In the case of Mr. Samrit Rimthuen, known as Suea Dusit, age 40; Mr. Anon Jansorn, or Boy, age 37; and Mr. Maitri Saengrit, or Man, age 29, who turned themselves in to police after assaulting someone causing serious injury on 18 Feb 2026. Suea Dusit and his friends confessed and apologized to the victim, asserting that he did not provoke the police or mention anyone from Nonthaburi. He raised his hands in apology if anyone was misunderstood and admitted the incident led to his separation from his wife, as previously reported.
At 2:00 p.m. on 26 Feb 2026, after investigators from Rattanathibet Police Station, Nonthaburi Province, questioned Mr. Samrit, Mr. Maitri, and Mr. Anon for over three hours, all three were taken to the Nonthaburi Provincial Court to be held in custody.
As officers escorted Suea Dusit and his associates from the interrogation room, the suspect appeared tense. He raised his hands in apology and briefly told reporters: “No one believes anything I say. I'm just a bad person.” Regarding whether bail will be requested in court, he said he does not yet know what to do next.
