Authorities then took all three suspects to reenact the crime scene for confession corroboration. It was noted that "Suea Dusit" appeared visibly stressed before being taken back to the police station for further questioning.
Later, police escorted the three onto a prisoner transport vehicle. When asked if he wished to comment, Suea Dusit said, “I want to apologize to society and my fans. I am truly sorry. If bail is denied, I am prepared to stay inside. But no one asks why I did it; no one listens to me. Even if I speak, people won’t hear.”
Meanwhile, the victim’s daughter explained she posted on Facebook seeking justice for her father despite police warnings. She considered the charges against Suea Dusit and his group too lenient. She acknowledged that Suea Dusit contacted them to seek mediation, but she intends to pursue the case fully because the restaurant owner confirmed her father did not harass the woman involved.
However, the court recently granted bail to all three suspects, setting cash bail at 120,000 baht each.
