A female entertainer filed a complaint with Sai Mai Must Survive, alleging she was sexually harassed by a Harley motorcycle gang. She was hired to work but was instead groped on the chest and filmed, with the video shared on social media. Although compensation was offered, she faced mocking remarks repeatedly. She has filed a complaint but fears she will not receive justice due to the circumstances.
On 2 Mar 2026 GMT+7, a reporter reported that Ms. A (a pseudonym), 42, an entertainer, filed a complaint with the Sai Mai Must Survive page claiming she was sexually harassed by a Harley gang. She said that on 24 Jan she worked entertaining and serving alcohol to a famous big bike motorcycle gang during a trip in Nakhon Sawan province. There were three entertainers including her, and over 30 gang members. Initially, they served drinks normally, but after some time, some members began groping, touching their chests, with the worst cases involving oral molestation of the chest. All the entertainers suffered similar harassment.
The victim admitted that when being harassed, they were compensated with the trip, but what she could not accept was that some gang members posted clips of her being molested on social media. This caused damage to her reputation as many shared the videos widely, and the matter reached people she knew, which she became aware of.
At first, she did not file a complaint because she wanted to discuss with the person who posted the videos. A village headman acted as a mediator for both sides to talk. The accused offered 10,000 baht as compensation for damages, but she felt this was unfair. Additionally, friends who came along mocked her, making her feel even more ashamed. They wanted to settle the matter at their home and refused to meet at the police station, so no agreement was reached and she decided to file a complaint.
After filing the complaint, the police issued summons for the accused to appear twice, but they did not show up for questioning. This made her worried she would not get justice. She then decided to seek help from the Sai Mai Must Survive page, knowing this big bike gang is nationally famous and fearing the case would stall.
Mr. Ekaphop Luangprasert, founder of the Sai Mai Must Survive page, said this case involves legal violations by both the person who posted and those who shared the videos. These include offenses under the Computer Crime Act, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), defamation through advertising, and sexual harassment laws.
