Manhunt Ends with Arrest of Four Suspects in 2 Million Baht Safe Robbery Suspects Deny Charges but Police Have Strong Evidence

Police have apprehended the final suspect in the 2 million baht safe robbery involving compatriots. Initially, he denies the charges, but the police have key evidence, including CCTV footage. 

Case progress regarding the suspectsmasked and hooded during the robberyof a safe inside a village in Nong Prue Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province, on 26 February. Later, on the evening of 28 February, Nong Prue Police Station, Investigation Division Region 2, Chonburi Provincial Police, and Immigration Policesuccessfully apprehended suspects.They detained three suspects in the 2 million baht safe robbery case, all British nationals, who have been charged by the Pattaya Provincial Court with the offense"joint robbery."These suspects include Palmer Jermain, 20, British, arrested at the Padang Besar Immigration Checkpoint, Sadao District, Songkhla Province; Christopher Aranse, 38, British, arrested atDon Mueang Airport,Bangkok; and Taihul Junior Michael Campbell, 32, British, apprehended at a hotel in Prakhon Chai District, Buriram Province. All three deny all charges and were initially remanded by Pattaya Provincial Court on 2 March 2026, as previously reported.


Later, at 17:00 on 3 March 2026, Police Colonel Natthaphon Phongsuksakul, Chief of Nong Prue Police Station, Police Colonel Phaskorn Paijit, Chief of Chonburi Provincial Investigation Division, along with investigative teams from multiple agencies, successfully arrested the final suspect, a key perpetrator in the safe robbery. His name is Brandon Taylor Garrett, 26, British, apprehended under the warrant issued by Pattaya Provincial Court No. 126/2569 dated 28 February 2026, charged with"joint robbery with weapons and using a vehicle to commit the offense or to transport the stolen property or to evade arrest."He was arrested at a rented house in Nong Plalai Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District, Chonburi Province.

During the arrest, the suspect denied all charges and claimed he did not know the victims or the three suspects previously arrested. However, police found important evidence in the house, including two iPhones, 260,660 baht in cash, multiple clothing items believed worn during the crime, bank money straps, and the suspect’s passport. Authorities seized all evidence and coordinated with forensic police officers to examine and collectlatent fingerprints and DNAfrom the suspect to support the case file before taking Brandon Taylor Garrett for further questioning at Nong Prue Police Station.


In this case, police have now arrested all four suspects. Although the suspects deny all charges, authorities possess key evidence, especially CCTV footage fromthe elevatorand surrounding areasof an apartmentin the Jomtien area, confirming that all four suspects were together after the crime. Clothing worn during the safe robbery at the victim’s residence also serves as crucial evidence against these British suspects, who are close friends of the victim.
