On 6 March 2026, the Department of Special Investigation (DSI) informed the media that on Friday, 6 March at 2:00 p.m., Police Lieutenant General Rutthaphon Naowarat, Minister of Justice; Ms. Rawiwat Chaturapithporn, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice; Police Colonel Yutthana Praedam, Director-General of the DSI; Police Colonel Chatupol Bongkhamat, Deputy Director-General of the DSI; and Police Lieutenant Komchat Prakaihongmanee, Director of the Technology and Information Cases Division,
together with Mr. Kamonsit Wongbutnoi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Anti-Money Laundering Office (AMLO), will jointly hold a press conference regarding the DSI’s crackdown on a major online gambling network connected to a famous politician, with financial transactions exceeding one billion baht. The event will take place at the DSI reception room on the 2nd floor of the Ratchaburidirekrit Building (Building A) on Chaeng Watthana Road.
