Parents reached their limit and brought evidence to file a complaint against a physical education teacher accused of molesting their Grade 9 daughter. They exposed the teacher's behavior of forcing students to receive failing or zero grades, claiming that any resolution had to occur in secret, isolated places.

On 22 Mar 2026 GMT+7, reporters received complaints from parents of a Grade 9 student at a school in Buriram province. They alleged their daughter had been molested multiple times by the physical education teacher, even while sitting with friends near the cafeteria. They submitted clips and chat evidence to the school administrators, but the matter did not progress.

Ms. A (pseudonym), 15, a Grade 9 student and victim, tearfully recounted that the physical education teacher had attempted to molest her several times since Grade 8. The latest incident involved sending ambiguous messages via Line and, at worst, sitting beside her and touching her chest. She felt trapped because it happened in an open area in front of her friends, who were so shocked they hid their faces on the table.

Several friends had experienced similar incidents but were afraid to speak out because the teacher threatened they would not pass exams. She decided to come forward fearing others might also be victimized.

Ms. B (pseudonym), the girl's mother, said her daughter is now terrified and almost refuses to attend school on days with physical education class. She learned this after her daughter showed her the chat messages. When asked further, her daughter only cried, revealing a severely damaged mental state. The daughter had reported the issue to another teacher in Grade 8, but nothing was done.

Mr. San, 50, the father, said that according to his daughter and her friends, the physical education teacher often threatened students with failing grades or zero marks if they did not comply. He added that when some students told others, a different group was too scared to intervene, resulting in some students failing to complete their studies.

He wants the teacher to face justice and no longer teach children. This teacher had been reported for similar behavior multiple times before. Although previous complaints were settled with compensation, the teacher resumed misconduct, seemingly emboldened by a belief that no one could hold him accountable.

Mr. San also said the teacher has been acting this way for many years. From evaluations, over 100 students have been victimized. Those who complied graduated, while those who resisted failed and were left with incomplete or zero grades.

They have now submitted all evidence to the investigators at Lam Plai Mat Police Station and urge relevant agencies to urgently resolve the problems at this school, especially for students burdened with failing or zero grades, so they can have a fair chance to improve.

The school and the accused physical education teacher have yet to comment on this sensitive matter. Further updates will be reported as the situation develops.
