Famous Amulet Collector “B.” Meets Police, Denies Allegations of Abusing 4-Year-Old Relative Resulting in Injury

Famous amulet collector “B.” appeared before investigators after a woman lodged a complaint on a popular page and filed charges alleging he abused her 4-year-old son, who is a relative, causing injury to the boy’s anus. He denies the allegations and declined to comment to the media.

At 12:50 on 23 March 2026, Ms. Phen (a pseudonym), age 34, filed a complaint with Lt. Sarawut Boonyarat, Deputy Inspector (Investigation) at Phu Kradueng Police Station, to press charges against the famous 34-year-old amulet collector, a relative, for abusing her 4-year-old son anally, causing injury. The incident occurred on Saturday, 21 March 2026, at the suspect’s home. The amulet collector sought to negotiate, but she refused and instead filed a complaint through a prominent page.

Ms. Phen recounted that on Saturday, 21 March 2026, around 9:00 a.m., she took her son to play at the suspect’s house and then left him there while she went to buy groceries at the market. After shopping, she returned to pick up her son. Upon opening the door, she saw the amulet collector leading her son down from the upper floor. The boy was crying continuously but did not initially say why. Eventually, he said his bottom hurt and that the suspect had taken him to the bathroom, after which bleeding was noticed. Upon inspection, bleeding was confirmed.

She then took her son to Phu Kradueng Hospital for an examination, which revealed a laceration to his anus. She filed charges against the amulet collector and vowed to pursue the matter fully. The suspect called her seeking negotiation, but she refused and insisted on legal proceedings. Today, she came to give an initial statement to investigators and arranged for a multidisciplinary team to question her son and for the boy to see a psychologist for evaluation. Currently, her son’s spirits have improved, but he becomes fearful and hesitant to approach the amulet collector.

Meanwhile, investigators traveled to Loei Provincial Court to request an arrest warrant for the amulet collector. While the warrant was being sought, the suspect and his family arrived at Phu Kradueng Police Station to acknowledge the charges. When approached by reporters, he declined to comment, stating he would wait for his lawyer, then proceeded into the station to meet the investigating officers.

It was later reported that after Loei Provincial Court approved the arrest warrant, police arrested the suspect at the station while he awaited to acknowledge the charges. The investigation team formally charged him with three offenses: rape, statutory rape of a child under 15 years, and abduction of a minor.

Initially, the suspect denied the charges, asserting he did not commit the acts and that he cares for the child like his own. He stated he would fight the case in court. Authorities then transferred him to the lead investigator for further questioning.

Further developments will be reported as they become available.
