
The special prosecutor has postponed the indictment of Min Pitchaya and Sam Yuranan in the D'Icon fraud case by one month because both requested time to arrange bail and find legal representation.
Following the Attorney General's order to prosecute Ms. Pitchaya Wattanamontri and Mr. Yuranan Phumramon, two well-known actors charged in the D'Icon case for jointly defrauding the public and the D'Icon company, the special prosecutor had originally scheduled the indictment for 26 March 2026.
At the Special Prosecutor's Office on Ratchadaphisek Road at 09:00 on 26 March, Mrs. Yaowalak Nontakaew, Director-General of the Special Prosecutor's Office, revealed that prosecutors had been contacted by both defendants requesting a postponement of the indictment as they were in the process of securing bail and hiring lawyers. Therefore, the prosecutors ordered the indictment to be postponed by 30 days.
