Man from Korat Shot Dead Along Motorway M6 Police Investigate Suspected White Pajero Vehicle

Police are searching for a gunman who shot a man from Korat dead along Motorway M6. Authorities have obtained video footage showing a suspicious white Pajero vehicle following the victim before stopping to talk. Investigators are urgently tracing the vehicle and summoning the driver for questioning. 


At 20:00 on 28 Mar 2026 GMT+7, Highway Police Division 3, Police Division 8, and officers from Suang Nern Police Station in Nakhon Ratchasima province received a report from a tow truck driver about a man found dead beside Motorway No. 6 near kilometer marker 172, between Bung Khee Lek and Non Kha subdistricts, Suang Nern district, Nakhon Ratchasima, on the inbound side toward the city.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the body of a man later identified as Mr. Supakorn, also known as Golf, age 30, a resident of Nakhon Ratchasima. He was lying dead on the roadside shoulder, wearing a black jacket over a white polo shirt, jeans, and black sandals. Nearby was a pickup truck registered in Bangkok with a sticker advertising a company specializing in interior and exterior architectural design.

Initial examination revealed the deceased had been shot with a shotgun, suffering wounds to the right shoulder and the left hip area extending toward the back. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police secured the area and conducted a thorough investigation of the evidence before transferring the body for a detailed autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.

On 29 Mar 2026 GMT+7, Police Colonel It Boonyarith disclosed progress in the case. The Facebook page "Korat Review" provided a valuable video clip from a passerby traveling along the route. The footage shows a suspicious white Mitsubishi Pajero, with unknown license plates, following the victim's vehicle before stopping to talk with the victim.

Authorities are currently working to trace and track the route of the suspicious vehicle to summon its driver for questioning, as the person may be a key witness or possibly involved in the incident.

Police have appealed to the public who traveled on Motorway No. 6 between 18:00 and 19:00 on the day of the incident to provide any dashcam footage or information related to the case. Such evidence will be crucial for investigators to apprehend the perpetrator and proceed with legal action.
