Kristin, a Thai-German model and actress, filed a complaint at Khlong Tan Police Station after alleging that a rescue volunteer sexually assaulted her while she was awaiting hospital transfer. Authorities are currently reviewing CCTV footage from a condominium on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45 to aid the investigation. Kristin is preparing to submit additional evidence to the police.
On 1 April 2026, the incident caused shock across social media when Kristin, the Thai-German model and actress, posted on Instagram claiming she was sexually assaulted by a rescue volunteer while waiting to be taken to the hospital.
Recent reports indicate the victim plans to meet investigators again to present additional evidence to support the case. Police Colonel Phumiyot Lekkla, Deputy Commander of Metropolitan Police Division 5, said initial checks found two teams of rescue volunteers were present at the scene: one from Bang Na and another local rescue team.
Authorities have already reviewed some video footage and learned that at the time of the incident, the victim was unconscious and unresponsive.
Previously, the victim filed an official report with investigators at Khlong Tan Police Station the day before. Officers are now gathering evidence and interviewing the victim.
After receiving the complaint, police have not yet summoned the accused rescue volunteer for questioning. They are awaiting results from the condominium CCTV footage on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45 and considering the evidence the victim will provide before proceeding with legal action.
