The court issued an arrest warrant for a 35-year-old rescue volunteer on charges of molestation after sexually assaulting Kristin, a model and actress, while she was waiting for help in her condo room.
At 8:30 p.m. on 1 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Pol. Maj. Gen. Witawat Chinkham, Commander of Metropolitan Police Division 5, revealed the case of Ms. Kulsatree Misaralski, known as Kristin, a 30-year-old Thai-German model and actress. She filed a complaint with investigators at Khlong Tan Police Station, reporting that a rescue volunteer sexually assaulted her while she was suffering a panic attack, taking medication, and feeling dizzy and unable to help herself.
The incident took place inside a condo room on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45, Khlong Tan subdistrict, Watthana district, Bangkok, at 3:30 a.m. on 31 Mar. The Khlong Tan police gathered evidence, and the South Bangkok Criminal Court approved an arrest warrant for Mr. Nikorn, 35, number จ.0395/2569 dated 1 Apr 2026 GMT+7, on charges of molestation of a person over 15 years old by intimidation or use of force against someone unable to resist or by causing the person to mistake the offender for someone else.
The suspect is currently held at Khlong Tan Police Station. Authorities will proceed with legal action accordingly.
