
CCTV footage shows a rescue worker dressed in black carrying "Kristin" out of a room, then back inside, before stepping out to use his mobile phone. The court has now approved an arrest warrant.
On 1 April 2026, Kristin Kulsatri Misaralski, a Thai-German actress and model, filed a complaint at Khlong Tan police station alleging she was sexually assaulted by a rescue volunteer while awaiting transfer to the hospital. The news team obtained CCTV footage from inside a condominium on Soi Pridi Banomyong 45 dated 31 March.
CCTV footage from the corridor upstairs shows that after Nikorn went upstairs, at 03:50 he carried Kristin out of the room, then carried her back inside again.
Recently, it was reported that investigators at Khlong Tan police station compiled evidence for the Bangkok South Criminal Court, which approved an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Nikorn on charges of indecent assault against a person over 15 years old by force or intimidation, where the victim was unable to resist or was misled into believing the assailant was someone else.
