Chinese Student Dies After Falling from Building Blood-Stained Message Found in Room with Stabbed Womans Body

A Chinese male student died after falling from a building; authorities investigating the dormitory room found a body.A "young woman"in the bathroom, stabbed with severe wounds—blood-written messages covered the walls.

At 02:30 on 5 April 2026, Lieutenant Colonel Weerawat Niyomsap, an investigator at Khlong Luang Police Station, received a report of a person falling from a building in an alley inKhlong Nueng Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District,Pathum Thani Province. He promptly went to the scene with a team of investigators, doctors from Thammasat Chalermprakiet Hospital, and volunteers from Ruamkatanyu Foundation.

At the scene, a nine-story dormitory building, on the east side, they found a male body wearing cream-colored shorts, shirtless, and wearing eyeglasses, lying face-up. He had facial wounds, cuts on both wrists, and a black tattoo of Roman numerals under his right armpit. No friends or relatives had identified him, and it was unclear from which floor he had fallen.

A resident of the dormitory stated that they lived in the southernmost room on the ninth floor. Around 01:00, while sleeping, someone knocked on their door. Looking through the peephole, they saw no one, so they opened the door and found a man sitting outside with a bloodied face. Startled, they closed the door quickly and called the dormitory security guard to check the situation, then hurried downstairs.

At that time, the man was standing by the window on the south corner of the building near their room. After going downstairs, they saw a crowd gathered near the building and discovered it was the man who had knocked on their door. The resident had never seen him before or knew which floor he stayed on.

Investigators then checked inside the dormitory building but found no abnormalities. Most residents were still asleep. On the eighth floor, in the northernmost room, there were small bloodstains on the floor. Knocking on the door yielded no response, so it was still unclear from which floor the victim fell. CCTV footage from the dormitory management would be reviewed in the morning.

Lieutenant Colonel Weerawat Niyomsap, the Khlong Luang investigator, said they had documented the scene with photos, interviewed witnesses, coordinated with the investigation team to urgently review CCTV footage, and had Ruamkatanyu volunteers transport the deceased to the forensic department at Thammasat Chalermprakiet Hospital for cause-of-death examination.

Later at 08:00, the Khlong Luang investigation team returned to the scene to re-examine the dormitory's CCTV with the building manager, as they had not yet identified the victim's identity, nationality, or room number.

After reviewing CCTV, they found the deceased lived on the eighth floor. They knocked on his door but got no answer. Using a master key card to enter, they found signs of a struggle inside: scattered belongings, blood drops, and blood stains on the bed. On the wall were English messages in red resembling blood writing. A passport belonging to MR. DANZENG PINGCUO, 30 years old, Chinese nationality, was found.

Preliminary checks showed the deceased was a first-year university student who rented the dorm since June 2025. Inside the bathroom, authorities found another female body, naked and bleeding heavily. She was later identified as Miss Natthnicha, 21, from Uthai Mai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Uthai Thani Province, also a student at the same university as the male victim..
