Phisit Tanprasert, Commander of Region 7 Police, demonstrated the capabilities of the "Quick Win" project at Samut Sakhon Provincial Police Station, piloting among eight central and western provinces the advance complaint booking and Drive-Thru document services, elevating convenience, speed, and modernity to promptly serve the public.
At 10:00 a.m. on 10 Apr 2026 GMT+7, at Samut Sakhon Provincial Police Headquarters, Pol. Lt. Gen. Phisit Tanprasert, Commander of Region 7 Police, along with Pol. Maj. Gen. Uthai Kawindejathorn, Deputy Commander of Region 7 Police, Pol. Maj. Gen. Theeradech Athipakkul, Commander of Samut Sakhon Provincial Police, deputy commanders, chiefs of five police stations, the City Police Station's advisory committee, and officers responsible for handling public complaints gathered.
They jointly held a press conference to announce that Samut Sakhon Provincial Police is piloting in Region 7 (eight provinces) the launch of services. "Advance Complaint Booking / Drive-Thru Document Service (Quick Win)". This aims to enhance service efficiency for the public, advancing the National Police Agency’s administrative policy under the concept of. "1 Urgent, 6 Accelerated, 9 Progressive". Specifically, the 9 Progressive point number 6: development of the police and public complaint system to facilitate convenience and reduce the public's time and travel expenses.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Phisit Tanprasert said the "Advance Complaint Booking / Drive-Thru Document Service (Quick Win)" follows the policies of the Royal Thai Police Commissioner and Region 7 Police Commander. Given the situation in the Middle East affecting citizens' lifestyles to be more economical in both living costs and time spent in official matters, Samut Sakhon Provincial Police has adapted its services to meet public needs, including:
1. For emergencies and urgent cases involving life, body, property, or situations requiring immediate help, the public can report incidents via the 191 hotline 24/7 for prompt police response and may file complaints normally at police stations around the clock.
2. For non-urgent general criminal cases, contact is available during official hours (Mon–Fri, 08:30–16:30, excluding public holidays). Additionally, Samut Sakhon Provincial Police have added advance complaint booking via Line OA using QR codes and each station’s phone numbers for convenience.
3. For technology-related crimes (online scams, call center fraud), victims are requested to call to freeze or block accounts and report initial incidents through the Online Crime Problem Resolution Center (AOC) hotline 1441, available 24/7. Upon receiving an SMS confirmation, victims can bring evidence to specialized investigators for further procedures.
4. For reporting lost documents, online services are available without queuing. Simply submit complaint details, and staff will prepare documents. Complainants then meet investigators to sign and receive documents at the One Stop Service counter or via the Drive-Thru system, with staff providing full assistance at every step.
