Cyber police, in coordination with immigration officers, raided a luxury condo in the Thonglor area and arrested a young German man, a key suspect and the main operator behind a platform offering paid attacks on organizational servers worldwide, found to have 74 outstanding warrants.
On 11 Apr 2026 GMT+7, Pol. Lt. Gen. Surapol Prembutr, Commander of the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau, Pol. Lt. Gen. Naradet Tiprak, Commander attached to the Royal Thai Police Headquarters, acting at the Cyber Crime Bureau, Pol. Maj. Gen. Songklod Kriangkritaya, Commander of the Cyber Crime Division, ordered Pol. Col. Morakot Saengsaraku, Deputy Commander of the Cyber Crime Division, Pol. Col. Korkiat Rungsang, Chief of the Cyber Security Group, Pol. Lt. Col. Chanon Khankhunsak, Deputy Chief of the Digital Evidence Examination Group, Pol. Lt. Col. Akkaphon Uthaipol, and Pol. Lt. Col. Phatrin Thongbandit, Cyber Security Group officers, along with Pol. Lt. Col. Pichet Saengbandit, Investigation Officer, Immigration Crime Suppression Division, to act.
They jointly conducted a raid on the 7th floor of a luxury condo in Thonglor, Khlong Tan Nuea Subdistrict, Watthana District, Bangkok, and arrested Noah Christopher, 27, a German national, wanted on an INTERPOL Red Notice. They seized evidence including one computer, three iPads, one tablet, three mobile phones, one digital wallet, and various electronic devices.
This arrest followed coordination from the Federal Police of Germany, who contacted Pol. Lt. Gen. Surapol Prembutr and the Immigration Bureau to assist in apprehending Noah Christopher, a key suspect wanted by German courts with 74 outstanding warrants, who had fled to Thailand.
Noah Christopher is the owner and a key operator of global internet service platforms known as “FLUXSTRESS” and “NETDOWNER,” which offer DDoS-as-a-Service. These platforms provide paid attack services designed to disable servers of various government and private organizations worldwide.
DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attacks overload target servers or networks with massive distributed traffic simultaneously, exhausting resources such as bandwidth, processing power, or connections, causing slowdowns or complete failure. The “Fluxstress” and “Netdowner” platforms offer clients quick and easy means to launch such attacks and operate as DDoS-for-hire or DDoS-as-a-Service providers, having caused significant damage to numerous government and private entities globally.
Subsequently, cyber police and immigration officers investigated and found that Noah Christopher had been entering and exiting Thailand for over two years to evade arrest, residing in the Thonglor area. Authorities then raided his residence and arrested him along with all seized evidence.
Upon interrogation, Noah Christopher refused to provide any statements. Initially, authorities revoked his visa and began examining all electronic evidence before detaining him for further investigation and coordination with German authorities for extradition and legal proceedings.
