In the case where Mr. Thiti Kobsapcharoen, aged 26, was fatally struck on the head with a pestle by Mr. Jeerawat Rattanawimantip, aged 59, inside the hair salon on 17 April 2026, as previously reported.(Police have charged the "hair salon owner" and his "first and second wives" with joint murder.)

On 18 April 2026 at Pak Kret Police Station in Nonthaburi, investigators detained the three suspects: Mr. Jeerawat Rattanawimantip, 59; Ms. Natthayan Rattanawimantip, 43, the first wife; and Miss Phonephimonh Sengchanh, 34, the second wife, and sent them for remand at Nonthaburi Provincial Court on charges of "premeditated joint murder." A large number of media gathered to cover the story and sought answers about the motive, including issues of a love affair, personal revenge, and suspicions about planning to lure the victim to the salon before the attack.
