"Sam Yuranan and Min Pitchaya" appeared as scheduled with their legal team and traveled to the Office of the Attorney General in the D'Icon Group case.
At 10:00 a.m. on 27 Apr 2026 GMT+7, it was reported that prosecutors from Special Cases Division 1 summoned and brought Mr. Yuranan Phamonmontri, known as Sam, and Ms. Pitchaya Wattanamontri, known as Min, as defendants before the Criminal Court on charges of conspiracy to defraud the public, conspiracy to fraudulently input false data into computer systems, conspiracy to fraudulently borrow money, conducting direct selling business and multi-level marketing by enticing others to join their network, and operating direct selling business without permission.
Following that, court officials took both defendants to the hearing room for the court to interrogate their pleas—whether to confess or deny the charges—excluding unrelated persons from the session. Both defendants are required to request bail, and the court will decide whether to grant it.
