Later,

at 14:00 on 27 Apr 2026 GMT+7, reports indicated that the court allowed the temporary release of Mr. Yuranan Phamonmontri, known as Sam, and Miss Peechaya Wattanamontri, known as Min. The court considered that the prosecuting attorney had previously dismissed charges against defendants 1 and 2, leading to their release. Subsequently, the prosecutor refiled charges against the same defendants on the same case and charges, so the case still had points of contention.

Moreover, defendants 1 and 2 appeared at court as scheduled for the filing of charges by the prosecutor, with no indication of flight risk or tampering with evidence. The prosecutor did not oppose the request for temporary release.

Therefore, although this court had previously denied bail during the investigation, the changed circumstances justified granting temporary release to defendants 1 and 2 during trial. However, due to the large number of victims and the high value of damages, bail was set at 1 million baht as security, with a travel ban outside the kingdom unless permitted and notification to immigration police was required.
