Pol. Lt. Gen. Krisada Kanchanawongkorn, Assistant Commissioner and Deputy Director of the Narcotics Control Command Center, stated that all units should integrate intelligence sharing among agencies and utilize special equipment, such as portable X-ray machines provided by the Narcotics Suppression Bureau, to maximize operational efficiency. He emphasized that all officers must perform duties carefully and securely, and stress the importance of reporting major drug arrests up the chain of command to the Royal Thai Police headquarters, following established protocols.

Furthermore, Pol. Lt. Gen. Krisada disclosed that Pol. Gen. Samran Nualma, Deputy Commissioner and Director of the Narcotics Control Command Center, instructed all agencies to intercept drug trafficking at border areas, Bangkok metropolitan region, and southern provinces. Efforts include investigating, arresting, monitoring, and searching suspicious persons or vehicles involved in smuggling drugs, such as concealed shipments hidden within goods like batteries and electrical appliances transported by pickup trucks, three-wheeled taxis, cargo trucks, fuel trucks, and passenger vans (hidden compartments). Also targeted are small-scale transport using buses or trains, postal parcel shipments from border provinces in the north and northeast to Bangkok, metropolitan area, and south, and Malaysian network traffickers using Malaysian-registered vehicles or smuggling by public transport. The strategy also focuses on dismantling drug networks within communities, considered key to reducing drug-related fears and increasing public satisfaction.

He expressed gratitude to all units conducting serious drug investigations recently and instructed police station chiefs and investigative commanders under Metropolitan Police Divisions 1-9 and provincial police to continuously suppress community drug networks effectively and precisely—"HIT THE POINT"—in their areas. This includes improving risky environments, cutting off dealers, rehabilitating users, fostering community cooperation, evaluating operations and drug problems in each community, and closely monitoring subordinates. Any misconduct must be strictly punished both disciplinarily and criminally.

The Royal Thai Police request public cooperation. If anyone observes or has information about drug-related crimes, they can report via the 24-hour hotlines 191 or 1599, or at the nearest police station.
