Lt. Gen. Jiraphop and a group dining together with content implying close ties to Kok An's right-hand man,
The Anti-Online Scam Center clarified the facts, stating that the photo was genuine, showing a delegation of Pol. Gen. Sam Vannvirak, Deputy Police Chief of Cambodia, meeting with Thai police at a restaurant in a shopping mall to discuss cooperation on anti-scammer efforts on 27 Nov 2024. The person identified by the page as Kok An's right-hand man is an aide to the Cambodian Deputy Police Chief, but they have never met before and are not close in any way.
