
The owner of the chainsaw product copyright met with police at Phra Pradaeng Police Station to file a report as evidence concerning "Bird Wanwangwang" using the product to create content that could endanger people participating in Songkran water festivities, as well as damage the brand's reputation. He insisted he was not involved nor did he support such use.

Recently, at Phra Pradaeng Police Station in Samut Prakan Province, Mr. Sin Iamsakul, 44, from Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan, came to meet investigators to file a complaint. He stated he owns the copyright for the Bonchi 5800 and Yama brand chainsaws, which were used in Songkran water play content by the famous influencer "Bird Wanwangwang."
Mr. Sin reported that this action involved using his product in a way that could cause danger to people playing Songkran water festivities, as images clearly showed "Bird Wanwangwang" and others holding chainsaws with visible brand and model names.
After the images and clips were published, his customers became uncertain about the product, which could affect the brand's reputation. Therefore, he decided to file a complaint to clarify the situation for his customers.
Mr. Sin affirmed that he had no intention to support or approve the use of his products in such displays or publications. He wanted to clarify to the public that these actions were personal and unrelated to the company or product owners.
