CCTV Captures Moment Suspect Storms Ex-Wifes Home, Quarrels with Mother-in-Law, Then Shoots Dead Three People

CCTV footage captures the moment a suspect stormed in. The "ex-wife's home". He argued with his mother-in-law before drawing a gun and firing inside the house, killing his former father-in-law, former mother-in-law, and ex-sister-in-law—three fatalities in total.

On 6 May 2026 GMT+7, reports stated that the suspect, Mr. Chayan Ketkhong, aged 47, broke into his ex-wife’s house, who is an assistant village head in Village No. 7, Lat Ya Subdistrict, Kanchanaburi Province. He then argued with his former mother-in-law before drawing a gun and shooting inside the home. The former mother-in-law and ex-sister-in-law were injured, while the former father-in-law tried to intervene but was shot twice in the chest and died.

The injured were later identified as Mrs. Salinee Phosi, 54, and Mr. Sataya Phosi, 35. Both were unconscious when treated by medical teams and taken to the hospital. Latest reports confirm their deaths.

CCTV inside the house captured the moments before the incident. The suspect, Mr. Chayan, was seen approaching and sitting on a motorcycle, then speaking with people inside the house. He then stood up, placing his left hand behind him—likely the moment he drew his gun—and began shooting at those inside. At that moment, others tried to intervene and a brief struggle ensued before the suspect fled toward a sugarcane field. Authorities are currently searching for the suspect responsible for this incident.
