Police General Niran Lueamsri, Deputy National Police Chief, denied knowing "Tone Bangkae" and having any involvement after photos of them together emerged.
On 7 May 2026, in front of the Crime Suppression Division building, Police General Niran Lueamsri addressed the case involving photos of him with Tone Bangkae together in a room and at several locations, including an image of Tone Bangkae presenting a jasmine garland in respect.
Police General Niran stated that he does not personally know Mr. Tone Bangkae. During the recent Songkran festival, an acquaintance of his came to offer New Year greetings, and Tone Bangkae accompanied that person. He reaffirmed that he has no connection whatsoever with Mr. Tone Bangkae.
