Victims of Karma-Removing Teacher Request Witness Protection in Sai Mai District, Raise Concerns Over Alleged Vision Claims

"Sai Mai Must Survive" Guides victims of the 'Karma-Removing Teacher' to submit a petition for witness protection after sexual assault allegations, raising concerns over the teacher's use of claimed visions and possibly deceiving victims with yearbook information.

On 8 May 2026 GMT+7, reporters learned that Ekaphop Luangprasert, founder of the "Sai Mai Must Survive" page, accompanied Mr. A (a pseudonym), a 30-year-old businessman and victim of a famous sorcery teacher in Lamphun Province known as “Dragon Karma-Remover,” to submit a request for witness protection. This follows Mr. A's filing of a criminal complaint at the Crime Suppression Division, where authorities are expected to soon request a court-issued arrest warrant. Concerned for his safety due to the teacher's extensive network of disciples across various professions—including actors, presenters, military, and police—Mr. A seeks protection from the Ministry of Justice's Department of Rights and Liberties Protection, with Deputy Director General Teerayut Kaewsing acting as spokesperson receiving the complaint.

Mr. A, the victim in this case, explained that he sought witness protection from the Ministry of Justice because the teacher reportedly has about 100,000 followers in a Facebook group. Among these are influential figures such as senior officials, doctors, and celebrities, which causes him to worry about his personal safety.

He added that the publicity has significantly affected his mental health; he has cried at night with his mother and felt powerless. He even contemplated self-harm but believes doing so would create karmic consequences. Moreover, he chose to expose the truth because the teacher uses occult practices as a facade, and if he remains silent, the teacher might harm others.

Meanwhile, Ekaphop Luangprasert, founder of "Sai Mai Must Survive," added that investigators are actively gathering evidence to bring the perpetrator to justice. Recently, police have conducted extensive interviews with the victim covering multiple aspects of the case.

Besides this victim, many others have come forward with complaints, providing audio recordings and evidence of sexual assault occurring offsite. Ekaphop urges victims to report to authorities promptly, coordinating them to file reports at the Crime Suppression Division. Some victims have expressed willingness to testify on behalf of Mr. A.

Ekaphop further recounted a case involving a male student from Chiang Mai. The teacher reportedly wrote the student's name for a karma removal ritual, after which strangers visited the student's home, seemingly to intimidate him. They claimed to be his karmic creditors and urged him to seek forgiveness through elders. Feeling uncomfortable, the student confronted the teacher at the teacher's office, questioning the reasons behind these visits. The teacher claimed to have seen this in a vision and correctly named three of the student's friends. The student then realized the teacher might have obtained these names from a yearbook where nicknames appeared. When the student visited the teacher's office, the encounter resembled the incidents Mr. A experienced. Ekaphop plans to meet with this student to discuss details further.

Chana Chai Wannasa, Director of the Witness Protection Office, assured that the office will prevent any intimidation or harassment of victims concerned about their safety.
