A young nurse assistant filed a complaint with Paweena, saying a 30-year-old police sergeant she had dated for five months, under the influence of drugs, stripped her naked, detained her for four days and three nights, assaulted her nearly to death, and released scandalous clips that ruined her future, forcing her to quit her job out of shame.
On 11 May 2026 at the Paweena Hongskul Foundation for Children and Women in Lam Phak Kut Subdistrict, Thanyaburi District, Pathum Thani Province, Ms. Nueng (alias), a 28-year-old nurse assistant, traveled from Nakhon Ratchasima Province to file a complaint with Mrs. Paweena Hongskul, chairperson of the foundation. She reported that Sergeant Man (alias), 30, a police intelligence officer in Nakhon Ratchasima whom she met through a dating app, had been her boyfriend for five months. He used drugs, became delusional, forcibly stripped her naked, confined her for days, violently assaulted her almost fatally, and released private images that caused her great shame and forced her to resign from her job.
Mrs. Paweena coordinated with Police Major General Narongsak Promtha, Commander of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police, and Police Colonel Sirichai Srichai Panya, Superintendent of Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station, to ensure justice for Ms. Nueng, expedite the case, and provide protection for the victim. Legal action will be taken against Sergeant Man. The victim wants full prosecution. Since the perpetrator is a police officer who should protect citizens but instead imprisoned, beat, abused a woman, and used drugs, he must be punished strictly both disciplinarily and criminally.
Ms. Nueng said she met Sergeant Man through a dating app and dated him for about five months. At first, he seemed good, but after about three months, they frequently argued because he was jealous and suspicious she might see others. He often became irritable and violent. She discovered he regularly used methamphetamine and forced her to use it too. During arguments, he physically abused her and once broke her phone. He apologized afterward and asked for another chance, so she tried to distance herself.
On 30 April 2026, her birthday, he messaged her asking to take him to the doctor because he felt stressed and anxious from bipolar disorder. He came to pick her up but instead of going to a hospital, he took her home, saying he wanted to celebrate her birthday with a meal and gifts. She stayed overnight at his house. On the morning of 1 May, when she had to go to work, he refused to let her leave and forced her to use methamphetamine, though she had never used it before. She vomited twice. When he got high, he started accusing her of reporting his abuse and causing conflicts with his mother, then violently beat her—slapping, kicking her face and body until bruised—and confiscated her phone to prevent her from leaving.
On the morning of 2 May, Man still refused to let her go, forcing her into his car to go to work. Once there, he made her wait in the car and threatened to kill her if she tried to escape. After he finished work, he drove her to an ATM at a gas station and forced her to withdraw 30,000 baht. She said she had no money and asked for her phone back first. He became angry, grabbed her hair, and assaulted her, then took her to a resort where he used meth and cried, apologizing for everything he had done.
On 3 May, Man took her back to his house where she was unable to leave. He picked fights, repeatedly insulted her, threatened to take her to Bangkok to be gang-raped, saying he would ruin her reputation and future. He physically abused her again and covered her head with a plastic bag until she struggled to breathe. She begged for her life and he finally let her go. On the morning of 4 May, he suddenly returned her phone and told her to leave. When she checked, she found he had sent explicit photos secretly taken of her to her work’s group chat and posted them on Instagram stories. He also posted her pictures offering sexual services in a provincial group. She was physically and emotionally traumatized, ashamed to the point of resigning, and now lives in fear because he threatened to kill her. She decided to fight back by filing a complaint at Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station and seeking justice through the Paweena Foundation, asking for full investigation and prosecution.
After receiving the complaint, Mrs. Paweena contacted Police Major General Narongsak Promtha, Commander of Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Police, and Police Colonel Sirichai Srichai Panya, Superintendent of Mueang Nakhon Ratchasima Police Station, to ensure justice for Ms. Nueng, expedite the case, and protect her safety. Legal proceedings against Mr. Man will continue as the victim demands full accountability. Since the perpetrator is a police officer, who should protect the public but instead detained, beat, abused a woman, and used drugs, he must be severely punished both disciplinarily and criminally.
