Regarding this case, on 11 May 2026, Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak Chaowana-sai, the Police Chief, said that Mr. Ekaphop Luangprasert, founder of the Saimahtongrod page, brought a victim to file a complaint with investigators of Division 4, Crime Suppression Division, to prosecute after being subjected to unorthodox rituals by the famous karma-healing teacher in Pa Sang District, Lamphun. The teacher allegedly performed indecent acts, including oral genital contact, and exhibited erratic behavior involving a dog.
On this matter, on 11 May 2026, Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak Chaowana-sai, the Police Chief, revealed that today Mr. Ekaphop brought an additional victim to file a complaint. The details of each victim's experience may differ, but the behaviors involved all led to indecent acts. Yesterday, a search operation was conducted at the residence, which is also a spiritual practice center of the accused in Lamphun Province, and at two or three related locations. During the search, the accused cooperated fully but did not discuss the case, only stating that this issue has damaged his reputation.
The police have not yet questioned the accused but have collected considerable evidence based on the victims' statements, including bed sheets, clothing, and historical books, all of which were ordered to be seized. However, no obscene books or dog-related materials with indecent content were found.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak added that currently there are only two victims, and it depends on the investigators whether they will complete questioning the victims before issuing a summons for the accused.
Regarding the fact that the accused has not yet been questioned, Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak said they must assess each victim's behavior to determine applicable offenses. He believes there may be other victims and urged anyone who encounters such behavior to report it to the Crime Suppression Division.
Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak affirmed that the Crime Suppression Division is not afraid of interference from disciples, as otherwise they would not have conducted the search yesterday. The search was necessary and urgent because there was concern that evidence might be destroyed.
Regarding the case involving “Note Udom,” who disclosed his story during a stand-up microphone event with behavior similar to the other victims, it was stated that investigators will verify whether the individuals involved in that case are the same as those accused by the two victims.
