A 20-year-old woman from Si Racha filed a complaint claiming that a male pub employee in the city center invited her to a condo, then gave her ketamine to inhale before taking advantage of her to commit rape, leaving her powerless to resist.
On 19 May 2026, it was reported that at 3:00 p.m. the previous day (18 May), a reporter received a complaint from Ms. A (pseudonym), 20 years old. She stated that she and her friends went to a nightclub in Si Racha Subdistrict, Si Racha District, Chonburi Province on the night of 17 May 2026. A waiter brought beer to their table and asked to join them. During that time, he handed them two e-cigarettes to share. Before the club closed, the man invited them to have dinner at a nearby shrimp fishing pond restaurant.
After a while, he persuaded them to go to a condo in the Bo Ko area. When they arrived and took the elevator to the room, the man brought a fine white powder in a tube close to her nose and asked her to inhale it, which caused her to feel dizzy.
Immediately afterward, she was raped until climax. She then told the man she wanted to go home. When she opened the room door, she found her friend unconscious in the living room. She helped her friend down to the parking area and called a male friend to pick them up on a motorcycle. She confirmed that she did not know the man at all before this incident.
Ms. B (pseudonym), 19 years old, who was with the victim that night, confirmed that neither she nor her friends knew the man. She recounted the incident as described by her friend. When her friend was being raped, she tried to get up to help but felt weak because she had inhaled the white powder the man had given them. The image of her friend being assaulted remains vivid. She also noticed that the man’s condo room was scattered with ketamine.
After the incident, she went to file an official complaint at Si Racha Police Station as evidence.
