At 12:00 on 19 May 2026, Pol. Lt. Gen. Nattasak Chaowanasai, Commander of the Crime Suppression Division, ordered Pol. Maj. Gen. Patthanasak Bupphasuwan, Commander of the Crime Suppression Division, and Pol. Col. Eksit Pansitha, Chief of Division 4, to lead forces to arrest Mr. Paisan Saenchai, 62, known as the karma-resolving teacher or 'human city interpreter,' under a criminal court warrant for rape and abduction of a minor. The arrest was made at his residence in Village No. 2, Pa Bong Subdistrict, Pa Sang District, Lamphun Province.
This arrest follows reports from two male victims—a 32-year-old and an 18-year-old youth—who filed complaints with Division 4 of the Crime Suppression Division police. They accused Mr. Paisan, the karma-resolving teacher, of sexually molesting them by fondling their genitalia and performing oral sex. After receiving the reports, the Crime Suppression Division promptly investigated and collected evidence leading to the issuance of an arrest warrant and today’s successful arrest.
Authorities are currently searching the suspect’s residence for additional evidence related to the case before preparing to transfer him for detailed questioning at the Crime Suppression Division headquarters.
