Getting to Know Kowit Sripairoj Following the unanimous decision of the Attorney General Committee meeting No. 6/2569, he was appointed Attorney General effective 1 October 2026, becoming the 21st person to hold this position.

Legal and major case achievements include handling the ransom case involving the "Pig Egg" gang (Seng Eiad group) and the abduction-murder case of Mr. Al-Ruwaili (Thai-Saudi Arabia relations case).

In social and volunteer work, he assisted in managing tsunami victims’ remains, implemented restorative justice projects at district attorney offices, served as a member of the National Reform Council, was a legal committee member of the Thai Pencak Silat Sports Association, and served on the Bar Council and the Thai Bar Association Board.
