At 22:45 on 21 May 2026, Lieutenant Colonel Hassan Wongmadtong, Deputy Investigation Officer at Chulabhorn Police Station in Nakhon Si Thammarat, received a report of a fatal shooting at a house in Na Mobun Subdistrict, Chulabhorn District. At the scene, a large one-and-a-half-story concrete house, the body of Mr. Aekporn, 33, son of the homeowner, was found face down in a pool of blood on the living room floor.
