Suea Dusit Faces Arrest Warrant for Rape and Assault, Taken to Bang Kruai Police Station Cell

"Suea Dusit" surrendered himself in the case involving the assault of "Mira" at Bang Kruai Police Station, turning visibly pale after facing an arrest warrant on charges of rape and assault. Police detained him in a holding cell and will bring him before Nonthaburi Provincial Court tomorrow morning for custody.

At 20:00 on 5 June 2026 at Bang Kruai Police Station, Nonthaburi Province, Mr. Samrit, also known as Suea Dusit, aged 40, came to surrender to investigative officers in the case of assaulting Ms. Mira Durongkochayanurak, aged 36, his girlfriend. However, the Bang Kruai investigators had already obtained an arrest warrant from Nonthaburi Provincial Court No. 806/2569 dated 5 June 2026. The warrant charges Samrit with rape by coercion or force against a person unable to resist, or by causing the victim to mistake him for another person, and assault causing bodily or mental harm.

When Mr. Samrit, or Suea Dusit, appeared, police read the arrest warrant to him. "Suea Dusit" turned visibly pale before officers proceeded with the formal arrest.

At 21:30, after completing the arrest documentation, investigative police escorted Mr. Samrit, or Suea Dusit, down from the third floor to hand him over to the Bang Kruai Police Station investigators in Nonthaburi Province to proceed with the case.

While in custody, reporters asked if he was shocked by the charges of rape and assault against his girlfriend. Suea Dusit did not respond to any media questions. Tomorrow, he is scheduled to be presented for detention at Nonthaburi Provincial Court.

This arrest stems from an incident at 20:30 on 31 May 2026, when Mrs. Suwassa Hongsit, aged 59, mother of Ms. Mira Durongkochayanurak, 36, filed a complaint at Bang Kruai Police Station, Nonthaburi, stating her daughter had been assaulted by Mr. Samrit Rimthuen, also known as Suea Dusit, aged 40, inside a white Honda Jazz car with unknown license plate, at about 03:00 on the night of 31 May 2026.

On the day of the incident, Mr. Samrit, or Suea Dusit, picked up Ms. Mira from a shop on Nakhon In Road, Bang Khun Kong Subdistrict, Bang Kruai District, Nonthaburi Province. He then took her in his car, driven by a man named Tam, whose full name is unknown, traveling along Nakhon In Road toward Rama 5 Bridge. About five minutes after Ms. Mira got into the car with Mr. Suea Dusit, he began assaulting her and took her to an apartment in Khlong Nueng Subdistrict, Khlong Luang District, Pathum Thani Province, which Ms. Mira was renting. Around 07:00, while Mr. Suea Dusit was asleep, Ms. Mira managed to escape and sought medical treatment at Rajpipat Hospital on Phutthamonthon Sai 3 Road before contacting her mother to report the incident to Bang Kruai Police for legal action.
