Suea Dusit Taken to Nonthaburi Prison, Still Smiles and Shows Muscles to Supporters Mira Vows to Pursue Legal Action to the End with No Return Possible

"Suea Dusit" was taken into custody at Nonthaburi Provincial Prison, where he still smiled and flexed his muscles to friends who came to support him. Meanwhile, "Mira" affirmed that the case will be pursued to the fullest extent with no chance of reconciliation.

At 14:30 on 6 Jun 2026 GMT+7, at Nonthaburi Provincial Court, after the court denied bail for Mr. Samrit Rimthuan, also known as Suea Dusit, following the objection to bail filed by the investigators from Bang Kruai Police Station, Nonthaburi Province, the court ordered Mr. Samrit Rimthuan to be transferred to the prison authorities. While boarding the prison transport vehicle, Suea Dusit saw friends waving support and shouted to them, "No need for bail," smiling broadly and raising both hands as he boarded the vehicle.

Later, Kan Jomphalang said he accompanied Ms. Mira, the victim, along with her lawyers, to Nonthaburi Provincial Court to file an objection to Suea Dusit's bail in coordination with the investigators. However, since the lower court had already denied bail, no formal objection was filed at that time. They plan to pursue an appeal objection in the higher court. Today, the Nonthaburi police chief sent officers from Rattanathibet Police Station to maintain order, concerned that the suspect’s relatives or friends might visit and possibly cause conflicts, which could threaten the victim’s safety. After the incident, Bang Kruai Police dispatched investigators to interview the victim at the hospital due to her injuries. Shortly after, the police collected evidence, issued an arrest warrant, and apprehended the suspect for prosecution.

Kan Jomphalang stated that the victim is alone without support, so he stepped in to help because she faces threats from the suspect’s associates who intimidate her with threats of releasing photos and videos. He asked rhetorically what kind of people should be allowed in society — those who harm the elderly and women to the point of disfigurement? Should such people be accepted or supported in society? The victim has suffered repeated offenses, lost her job, has to care for her paralyzed mother, and struggles financially. He noted that the suspect’s friends have threatened to release clips, which is unacceptable. He appealed to the public’s empathy by saying, "If someone threatened to release such clips of your daughter, how would you feel?" The victim should not have to endure such intimidation.

Ms. Mira confirmed that she will never return to Suea Dusit, even if he apologizes, and she will pursue the case to the fullest extent. After Kan Jomphalang began assisting her, she felt safer. She plans to oppose Suea Dusit's bail every time it is requested and now feels that she is experiencing the justice process she deserves.
