Police Crack Down on Mix77 Online Gambling Network Operating Near Cambodia Border, Handling 45 Million Baht Monthly

Cyber police raided the online gambling network 'Mix77' in Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province, arresting two administrators and seizing multiple pieces of evidence. The suspects confessed to earning 15,000 baht per month. The arrests were made at their residence in Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province.

On 25 June 2026, Pol. Lt. Gen. Suraphol Prembutr, Commander of the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau (CCIB), along with Pol. Lt. Gen. Naradet Thiprak, Commander assigned to the Royal Thai Police Office, and Pol. Maj. Gen. Thinkorn Rangmat, Deputy Commander of CCIB, ordered Pol. Maj. Gen. Sarayut Chunnawat, Commander of CCIB Region 2, to task Pol. Col. Torsak Panklinphut, Superintendent of Division 4, CCIB Region 2, Pol. Lt. Col. Ekarin Sonnak, Deputy Superintendent of Division 4, CCIB Region 2, Pol. Capt. Praphas Somwong, Intelligence Analysis Officer, Division 4, CCIB Region 2, and Lt. Sgt. Kukeat Chertsungnoen, Deputy Officer, Division 4, CCIB Region 2.

They executed search warrant No. 82/2568 from the Sa Kaeo Provincial Court targeting a house in Village No. 11, Khlong Namsai Subdistrict, Aranyaprathet District, Sa Kaeo Province. They arrested Mr. Patipan Saisin, 27, and Ms. Phailin Janjampee, 27, both from Sa Kaeo Province, and seized one computer, one laptop, one tablet, and two mobile phones as evidence.

Following government policy and orders from Pol. Gen. Kittirat Phanphet, Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police, the Cyber Crime Investigation Bureau and related agencies have intensified efforts to crack down on online gambling networks, especially online football betting sites that brazenly defy the law. They have also been tasked with monitoring and preventing youth involvement in online gambling during the 2026 FIFA World Cup held from 11 June to 19 July 2026.

The investigation team of Division 4, CCIB Region 2, discovered that the website 'Mix77' had over 45,000 members, had been operating for more than a year, and handled cash flow exceeding 45 million baht per month or over 540 million baht annually. It clandestinely offered online gambling including international football betting, lottery, slots, baccarat, dragon tiger, hi-lo, pok deng, and various other games.

The site employed an automated bank transfer system for deposits to play online gambling, allowed users to withdraw funds directly via the website, and had administrators assisting users with account registration, financial transactions, and encouraging participation in the site’s online gambling.

Further investigation revealed that this gambling site secretly operated a base within the Khlong Namsai community in Aranyaprathet District, located just 200 meters from the Cambodia border. After gathering evidence, authorities obtained a search warrant for the residence and arrested the two offenders along with seized evidence.

During interrogation, both suspects admitted to working as administrators responding to inquiries and providing guidance to customers playing on the site for approximately four to five months. They received monthly payments of 15,000 baht each from a major investor based in Cambodia.
Additionally, technical examination of the seized computers and electronic devices revealed that the two also secretly served as administrators for six other gambling websites named “suk99dd,” “99ezbkk,” “mix77d1,” “77acgg,” “gameplus168.asia,” and “w45.asia.” The arrest team collected data to trace connections to related administrators and beneficiaries of these six sites to prepare for legal actions.

The two suspects have been charged with the offenses of organizing, facilitating, advertising, or soliciting others to participate in gambling via electronic media without authorization from the authorities.
