On 1 July 2026, Major Thanakrit Jitraareerath, Secretary to the Minister of Social Development and Human Security, posted a photo and message on his personal Facebook stating that Dr. Taweesilp Vejwitharan, Chief Doctor of Police Hospital, has decided to resign from government service on 2 July 2026 to fight for his own justice. From now on, he will face all agencies in both civil and criminal cases for sure.
