The Chief of Nakhon Sawan City Police Station convened an investigative team meeting to urgently gather evidence to verify facts and prosecute all involved in the fight clip between “S. Stefan” and “Pum Jensen.” Authorities are considering charges under Sections 295 and 210 for "assault" and "gang-related offenses," along with other related crimes. This action aims to maintain social order and prevent violent group behavior or imitation.
On 1 July 2026, a live broadcast on the Facebook page “Once Upon a Time By Coke Zero” showed youths arranging a planned fight, which sparked widespread social media criticism. Subsequently, “S. Stefan” met with Deputy Superintendent Pornchai Khunpileukludej, Deputy Chief of Investigation at Nakhon Sawan City Police Station, to give a statement, claiming the fight was arranged to resolve challenges exchanged online, as previously reported.
Later at 10:00 a.m., Police Colonel Phumrapee Phalaphum, Chief of Nakhon Sawan City Police Station, along with Deputy Chiefs of Prevention, Investigation, and Inquiry, and other officers from the investigation and inquiry units, held a meeting to follow up on the brawl case. The fight was broadcast on social media, attracting widespread public attention and impacting public confidence and Nakhon Sawan province’s image.
The meeting instructed the investigation and inquiry teams to promptly collect evidence from all sources, including witness statements, CCTV footage, social media clips, and other relevant evidence, to verify facts, identify all perpetrators, planners, supporters, and involved parties, and proceed with lawful prosecution impartially, with no exceptions and no one above the law.
The meeting considered prosecuting all offenses supported by evidence, potentially including assault under Section 295 of the Criminal Code and whether the assembly, planning, and preparation for the fight qualify as gang-related offenses under Section 210 or other relevant crimes. Charges will be based strictly on facts and evidence in the case file.
Once sufficient evidence is gathered, investigators will issue summonses to suspects to acknowledge charges. If suspects fail to appear without valid reasons, authorities will compile evidence to petition the court for arrest warrants and pursue arrests to bring offenders into the justice system before concluding the investigation and submitting the case to the prosecutor for trial as per legal procedures.
Nakhon Sawan City Police Station affirmed it will strictly and fairly enforce the law, prosecuting offenders on all relevant charges supported by evidence to the fullest extent. This is to maintain social order, prevent violent group behavior or imitation, and avoid harm to lives, property, public confidence, and the province’s reputation.
Nakhon Sawan City Police Station requests public cooperation by providing any information or evidence beneficial to the case to police 24 hours a day to jointly build a safe society, reject violence, and ensure offenders are punished according to the law.
