On 6 Jul 2026 GMT+7, reports stated that after the Criminal Court read its verdict, defendant number 1, Mr. Precha Khaikruan, and defendant number 2, Ms. Rattanaporn Supathip, known as 'Je Ba Bin,' filed a petition for temporary release during the appeal stage.
The Criminal Court reviewed the matter and ordered that defendants 1 and 2 had been granted temporary release throughout, with no indications of attempted flight. The court approved their temporary release during the appeal, setting bail at 50,000 baht each. Both defendants posted surety insurance policies as bail. The court seized these securities, formalized bail agreements, and notified the insurance company to return the securities upon the bail contract's conclusion.
