Regarding claims that the owner locked the door to prevent customers from leaving until payment was made, the Deputy Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police said the investigation results are still pending. Meanwhile, the Office of Insurance Commission has ordered compensation within three days.

Progress on the fire at Brewery at Lat Phrao, Lat Phrao Soi 1, Chatuchak District, on 13 July 2026: Pol. Maj. Gen. Mr. Anurat Khrueachaem, Assistant Director of Chatuchak District Office, revealed that the office conducted the latest inspection of the shop in April, confirming that Brewery at Lat Phrao had all three required licenses: a restaurant operation license, a music operation license, and a building construction permit.
