Regarding the case, the fire at Na Ladprao Brewery. There have been 28 deaths and 71 injured patients currently receiving treatment at various hospitals.
On 14 July 2026, reporters reported that at 23:00 on 13 July 2026, Police Lieutenant Jananong Plodkhong, Deputy Inspector (Investigation) of Chokchai Police Station, received notification that Mr. Sompong Sripong, 20, from Sisaket, a victim with burns all over his body in critical condition in the ICU at Ladprao Hospital, had died, bringing the death toll to 29.
Officials assigned volunteers from the Ruamkatanyu Foundation to transport the bodies to the Institute of Forensic Medicine at the Police Hospital, while relatives coordinated to receive the bodies for subsequent religious funeral rites.
