
Pol. Lt. Gen. Trairong visited the Provincial Police Region 3 Training Center for an inspection and inauguration. He launched the second batch of the Cyber Model Teacher Project. The initiative advances targeted cyber immunity efforts to reduce the number of online crime victims.
On 16 Jul 2026 GMT+7, Pol. Lt. Gen. Trairong Piwpan, Deputy Inspector General of Police and Deputy Director of the Technology Crime Suppression Center (TCSD), as well as spokesperson for the Royal Thai Police, inaugurated the second integrated seminar for model teachers on technology crime prevention at the Provincial Police Region 3 Training Center in Nakhon Ratchasima. The project aims to develop personnel capable of imparting cyber threat prevention knowledge to people of all ages, reducing fraud and lowering the chances of becoming victims of online scams. Present at the event were Pol. Lt. Gen. Prutthipong Prayursiri, Commander of Provincial Police Region 3; Pol. Maj. Gen. Banphot Mungkobklang, Deputy Commander of Provincial Police Region 3; Pol. Maj. Gen. Pramote Simluang, Commander of the Regional Training Center; along with officers from all police stations under Provincial Police Region 3 attending the training.
The second batch of the integrated seminar for model teachers on technology crime prevention continues an initiative led by Pol. Gen. Thana Chuawong, Deputy Commissioner of the Royal Thai Police and Director of the TCSD, who recognizes its importance for sustainable solutions to build cyber immunity, reduce online crime victims, and minimize harm to citizens. This batch will hold six training sessions across Provincial Police Regions 3, 4, 8, and 9.
Following the seminar, Pol. Lt. Gen. Trairong inspected the Provincial Police Region 3 Training Center, reviewed training activities, and delivered policy guidance to the officers there. He emphasized that the center, as a key training hub for the Provincial Police Region 3 and the Royal Thai Police, must serve as the first step in instilling the values of good policing, crime prevention, and citizen service. He called for modernization of police work to keep pace with the times.
He also stressed that commanders must closely supervise the behavior, discipline, and well-being of their subordinates and all trainees across courses, fostering an organizational culture of discipline and order. Additionally, he highlighted that communication with the public, including via social media, must be conducted professionally with the principles of "accuracy, speed, and clarity."
