On 7 Aug 2026, the shooting incident at Debsirin Nonthaburi School in the Bang Kruai area of Nonthaburi Province caused panic among teachers, students, and staff. Police, rescue units, and emergency medical teams promptly moved to control the situation and provide urgent assistance to those inside the school.
Initial reports confirm 2 fatalities, both teachers at the school. Additionally, around 15-20 students have been injured.
Most recently, it was reported that at approximately 10:45 a.m., the suspect, a student at the school, took their own life.
