Bodies of 6 Victims from Thepsirin School Shooting Sent to Forensic Institute at Police Hospital

Six bodies of victims from the shooting at Thepsirin School in Nonthaburi have been sent for autopsy at the Forensic Institute of the Police Hospital. The two additional bodies, the grandfather and grandmother, are expected to be sent later tonight.

At 19:00 on 7 Aug 2026 GMT+7, at the Forensic Institute of the Police Hospital, volunteers from the Poh Teck Tung Foundation delivered six bodies from the shooting incident at Thepsirin School, Nonthaburi, for autopsy. The group includes:

• Mr. Kittipong Somrat, Deputy Director for Administration
• Ms. Saifon Sirikitjakorn, Secretary to the Classroom
• Ms. Tiwaporn Wanich, Guidance Counselor
• Second Lieutenant Female Nanchanatporn Nakplang, Thai Language Teacher
• Ms. Praporn Konsila, Mathematics Teacher
• The 14-year-old male student who committed the shooting

The other two bodies, the grandfather aged 73 and grandmother aged 74, are expected to be sent for autopsy tonight, following preliminary examinations by forensic officers and related personnel.
