Thepsirin Nonthaburi School has announced a special closure for all grade levels from 10 to 14 August 2026 following a shooting incident inside the school.
On 7 August 2026, it was reported that Thepsirin Nonthaburi School issued a special closure announcement, stating that an emergency situation occurred within the school on that date.
Under the authority of Section 39 of the Ministry of Education Administration Act, B.E. 2547 (2004), and Article 8 (1) of the Ministry of Education Regulations on Academic Year, Opening and Closing of Educational Institutions, B.E. 2549 (2006), as amended (No. 2) B.E. 2558 (2015), Thepsirin Nonthaburi School hereby announces a special closure from 10 to 14 August 2026 with the following details:
1. Students of all grade levels are to suspend classes from 10-11 and 13-14 August 2026.
2. During the closure, students are to review lessons and complete assignments given by their subject teachers. Parents are requested to supervise and monitor their children's learning to ensure quality and safety while at home.
3. Teachers and educational staff will work from home, logging their work hours in the My Office system by 08:30. They should follow official communications and assignments via the school's Line group and My Office system, using technology to coordinate without disrupting official duties. If the school orders staff to report to work on-site, they are to do so promptly.
4. All students are to return to regular classes on Monday, 17 August 2026.
