A heartbreaking scene as the family mourns the deaths of grandparents and their Grade 9 grandson, the school shooter at Debsirin Nonthaburi School, holding a ceremony at Temrak Samakkhi Temple. Meanwhile, a 12-year-old victim has died.
At 14:00 on 8 Aug 2025 GMT+7, at Temrak Samakkhi Temple, Bang Bua Thong Subdistrict, Bang Bua Thong District, Nonthaburi Province, a water-pouring and wake ceremony was held for the grandparents and the 14-year-old boy who committed the tragic act at Debsirin Nonthaburi School.
The atmosphere at the event was filled with sorrow. Parents, spouses, relatives, and families of the deceased gradually arrived to attend the ceremony, which is scheduled for three nights of wakes before the cremation on 11 Aug 2025 GMT+7 at 16:00.
The latest report states that the 12-year-old Grade 7 girl who was seriously injured in the shooting has died at Phra Nangklao Hospital.
