They found a man smoking cannabis at a stone table beside the obstetrics and gynecology building near the hospital cafeteria. They coordinated with the motorcycle police patrol to investigate the report.
At the scene, police, hospital staff, and security guards found a man wearing a short-sleeved, black and white striped shirt crouched at a marble table. They questioned him about why he was smoking cannabis inside the hospital. There are signs prohibiting smoking cigarettes, and smoking cannabis openly where people pass by is inappropriate. Police searched his bag and found a package of cannabis and a pocket knife, which they confiscated. They were led to a modified plastic water bottle used as a cannabis pipe hidden under a tree beside the hospital wall.
