Lookmee Rasamee speaks out, insisting she has no intention to harass after proceeding to file an additional bankruptcy lawsuit against Poo Mantana. The court has scheduled a hearing for 12 Oct 2026. She says her only hope is to recover the money owed.
At 10:00 a.m. on 26 Aug 2026, Lookmee Rasamee Thongsiripraisri, a veteran model, along with lawyers Decha Kittiwittayanun and Kung-Amnuayporn Maneewan from the Klaithuk Law Office, held a press conference at the Klaithuk Law Office (Ramintra, next to Synphaet Hospital). They provided updates on the legal case against former leading actress Poo Mantana Himathongkham after filing an additional bankruptcy lawsuit last week. The Central Bankruptcy Court has scheduled a hearing on 12 Oct 2026 at 9:00 a.m.
Lookmee Rasamee explained that the reason for filing the bankruptcy lawsuit was not to harass anyone but solely to recover her money after patiently waiting nearly three years. Even though the court had ruled the defendant to repay the debt, the defendant appealed, forcing her to continue with bankruptcy proceedings. Currently, the total debt including principal and interest has risen above 2,400,000 baht. Her team conducted preliminary asset investigations and found no assets in the defendant’s possession. Whether any assets have been transferred or concealed remains under further investigation.
Lookmee addressed claims that a benefactor had offered 1.7 million baht to support the case, saying that if true, the money should be presented immediately. She is willing to withdraw all lawsuits if the defendant pays the full current debt amount, which exceeds 1.7 million baht including interest. She said resolving this would allow the defendant to focus on other legal battles.
