Pol. Lt. Gen. Trairong Piwpann presented 200 helmets to traffic and suppression police influencers to distribute to the public, promoting traffic discipline through the campaign “Drive Safely, Turn on Lights, Wear Helmets.”
Today (30 August 2026) at 10:00 a.m., Pol. Lt. Gen. Trairong Piwpann, Deputy Inspector General of Police and spokesperson for the Royal Thai Police, handed over 200 helmets to traffic and suppression police influencers. They will distribute them to local residents to promote traffic discipline with the campaign “Drive Safely, Turn on Lights, Wear Helmets.”
The helmets were supported by Metropolitan Police Division 9 and Somjet Wutlertcharoenwong, a member of the Police Oversight Committee and honorary vice-chairman of the advisory board of Metropolitan Police Division 9, to help reduce road accidents, injuries, and losses of life and property among the public.

Trairong said he assigned these police influencers, along with traffic officers from various stations, to promote traffic discipline among the public, especially motorcyclists, encouraging them to drive safely, turn on their lights, wear helmets, and follow the campaign “3 Ready, 3 Have, 3 Don’t,” which includes:
