to jointly arrest 10 suspects who are children and youths aged between 15 and 18 years, including the shooter who is only 16 years old. Confiscated items include one homemade pen gun, four motorcycles, one revolver blank gun, and the clothing worn during the incident.

The incident traces back to approximately 1:30 a.m. on 7 Sep, when Bang Khen Police Station received reports of a group of youths riding motorcycles and using firearms in a shooting at the entrance of Phahonyothin Soi 48, Intersection 33, Anusawari Subdistrict, Bang Khen District, Bangkok. At the scene, a 17-year-old named Payu (alias) was found shot in the waist by an unknown type and caliber of firearm, sustaining injuries. Rescue workers provided first aid and transported him to Phumiphol Hospital.

Subsequently, investigators from Bang Khen Police Station, together with Metropolitan Police Division 2's Investigation Division, conducted field inquiries and examined CCTV footage at and near the scene, learning that the perpetrators were 10 youths aged between 15 and 18 years. Authorities summoned them for questioning.

The suspects admitted that prior to the incident, they posted challenges to each other via social media. They arranged to meet on Sukhaphiban 5 Road in the Sai Mai area. Upon meeting, a fight and assault broke out. The rival group fled on motorcycles, and the suspects pursued them to the entrance of Phahonyothin Soi 48, where a 16-year-old youth fired a gun at the rival group before fleeing.

Currently, authorities are investigating, but since the suspects are minors, coordination with multidisciplinary professionals and relevant parties is necessary for joint interrogation. If wrongdoing is confirmed, charges will be filed and legal procedures will follow.
